Wednesday: 8:30 – 9:30 a.m.
Friday: 10:30 – 11:30 a.m.

3 classes per week, 6-week session – $165.00

Hatha Yoga (all levels)

Monday: 9:00 – 10:15 a.m.

1 class per week, 6-week session – $70.00

Gentle Yoga uses breathing techniques and yoga asanas (poses) to elongate the spine, strengthen the core, relax deeply and heal injuries.

All Levels Yoga covers the essential yoga poses to enhance flexibility, strength, and relaxation. Some Vinyasa yoga, moving from one yoga pose to the next in fluid motion, will also be incorporated. Students are encouraged to practice at their own level.

Private Yoga with Terri Cotts

 Yoga was originally taught one-on-one since every body is unique and personal instruction is invaluable in the practice of yoga.

Learn to create your own personal practice, find ways to work with injuries, or get a dose of inspiration for your practice. You may wish to schedule weekly sessions to help guide and motivate you on your yoga journey.

$65.00 – 1 hour session   $75.00 for two people – 1 hour
